Welcome to Tudor School & Nursery

Welcome to Tudor Primary School. We are a local one form entry primary school at the heart of Finchley. We are a close, warm community focussed on learning and made up of dedicated staff, supportive parents, and children with a passion for learning. As a school we are committed to achieving the highest standards in everything that we do, and to constantly reflecting and improving so that we can do the very best for the children in our care.

Have a read of our website to learn more. Please be aware however that we are currently updating the site, so if you are interested in joining our community please don't hesitate to contact the office to request a conversation or even a tour as the best way to find out more about the school.

Executive Headteacher

Squires Lane Learning Federation

Tudor School has been part of the Finchley community for over 50 years and we are proud of our social and cultural diversity.  We have a dedicated and professional team and fantastic facilities to meet the needs of all our children.

Our creative curriculum enthuses children in their learning, our School Ambassadors act as role models and our Family Circles ensure a strong pupil voice. Our pupils enjoy coming to school, care for each other and are proud of their achievements.

The school is rated by OFSTED as GOOD (June 2016). The OFSTED report highlights good teaching at Tudor and that pupils behave well and are enthusiastic learners. Pupils understand the school values, feel safe and secure and have their welfare treated with the uppermost importance.

We are now a member of the Squires Lane Learning Federation alongside Manorside Primary School. Although we remain two distinct schools the Federation aims to enable us to work together to support the development of both schools ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils in our local community.

The Federation has one Governing Body across both schools.

We hope that you enjoy your visit to our website, and that you find any information you are looking for. Please feel free to contact the school directly with any queries you may have.
